Before coaching, I was the executive carrying payroll, board meetings, and the decisions nobody else wanted to make. I have sat on both sides of the table, as the operator accountable for results and as the leader responsible for people.

I understand what it costs to lead a business with integrity, and I understand how easily faith gets pushed to the margins when the pressure is real. That gap, between the leader you present and the leader God is forming, is where this coaching practice lives.

I am currently a doctoral candidate in Strategic Leadership, and my coaching integrates the ICF Core Competencies with biblical servant leadership. This is not motivational speaking. It is a structured, accountable partnership for leaders who are ready to be honest about where they actually are.
